选取生姜、红枣、蜂蜜为原料制成生姜红枣养胃膏。通过正交试验,确定养胃保健膏的最佳组合生姜提取液150 mL,红枣提取液160 mL,蜂蜜140 g,异抗坏血酸钠0.3 g;由于幽门螺旋杆菌能够引起胃病,故对养胃保健膏的抑菌性能进行研究,结果表明,当养胃保健膏稀释比例小于10%时,对于幽门螺旋杆菌有明显的抑制作用,具有杀菌养胃功效。该产品工艺简单,甘甜可口,具有可操作性,有一定的研究意义。
選取生薑、紅棘、蜂蜜為原料製成生薑紅棘養胃膏。通過正交試驗,確定養胃保健膏的最佳組閤生薑提取液150 mL,紅棘提取液160 mL,蜂蜜140 g,異抗壞血痠鈉0.3 g;由于幽門螺鏇桿菌能夠引起胃病,故對養胃保健膏的抑菌性能進行研究,結果錶明,噹養胃保健膏稀釋比例小于10%時,對于幽門螺鏇桿菌有明顯的抑製作用,具有殺菌養胃功效。該產品工藝簡單,甘甜可口,具有可操作性,有一定的研究意義。

Ginger, red jujube and honey were selected for raw material to produce nourishing stomach care cream of ginger and red jujube. The formula optimization of nourishing stomach care cream was determined for ginger extracts 150 mL, red jujube extracts 160 mL, honey 140 g and sodium erythorbate 0.3 g by orthogonal experiment. The cause of stomach ulcers were caused by helicobacter pylori infection , so that the antibacterial properties of nourishing stomach care cream was investigated. Results showed that the nourishing stomach care cream could inhibit the infection of helicobacter pylori infection obviously , when the rate of dilution was less than 10%. The technology had certain research meaning and applied worthiness as a result of low costs , good wastes and easy to operate.
