建立使用高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定饮料中6种人工合成着色剂含量的方法。采用C18色谱柱进行分离,以甲醇和乙酸铵作为流动相进行梯度洗脱使柠檬黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红、亮蓝6种着色剂完全分离。结果显示,各组分RSD值小于1%,回收率为93.6%~99.8%。该法前处理简单、回收率高、操作简便,测定结果令人满意。

건립사용고효액상색보(HPLC)측정음료중6충인공합성착색제함량적방법。채용C18색보주진행분리,이갑순화을산안작위류동상진행제도세탈사저몽황、현채홍、연지홍、일락황、유혹홍、량람6충착색제완전분리。결과현시,각조분RSD치소우1%,회수솔위93.6%~99.8%。해법전처리간단、회수솔고、조작간편,측정결과령인만의。
This article establishes the method of determining 6 kinds of coloring agent in beverage by HPLC. Chromatographic separation is performed on C18 column with methanol - ammonium acetate as mobile phase and gradient elution to cause the lemon yellow, amaranth, carmine, sunset yellow, allura red, and bright blue 6 kind of coloring agents to separate completely. The result shows that various components RSD is smaller than 1%, the recovery rate is 93.6%~99.8%. The pretreatment of this method is simple, the recovery rate is high, and the determination result is satisfying.
