为研究贮丝过程对烟丝品质的影响,因素选择贮丝相对湿度、贮丝温度和贮丝高度对贮丝过程进行正交试验,并通过综合平衡法和方差分析对各因素影响情况进行分析。结果表明,贮丝温度对烟丝整丝率、碎丝率和填充值影响均较小,显著性不明显,对烟丝整丝率和碎丝率的变化各因素影响效应主次一致;方差分析贮丝湿度和高度对烟丝整丝率和填充值的变化有显著性水平较为明显;优化后较佳参数是贮丝相对湿度65%,贮丝温度24℃和贮丝高度900 mm,并对其进行验证。

To study the effect of the tobacco storing the silk quality, factor in the selection of wire storage, storage temperature and relative humidity silk wire storage height of the orthogonal test of the wire storing process, and the influencing factors are analyzed, results show that the integrated balance method and analysis of variance: temperature wire storage rate, broken rate and filling value has less influence on the whole wire cut tobacco, is not significant, effect and influence on the changes of the factors of tobacco consistent whole cut rate and broken wire rate; analysis of variance change of silk storage humidity and height on the whole cut rate and filling value of tobacco have level significantly; the better parameters are optimized wire storage relative 65%humidity, temperature 24℃and storing the silk thread storage height 900 mm, and it is verified.
