以羟基自由基、超氧自由基清除能力、抗蛋白质糖基化反应及D-半乳糖氧化模型小鼠血液和肝脏中的MDA含量和GSH-Px活力的影响为指标,考察鳙鱼活性肽体内外清除自由基的能力。鳙鱼活性肽具有较强的清除·OH能力,清除率与浓度呈剂量关系,并能明显降低邻苯三酚自氧化速率,抑制率与浓度呈正相关,但与肌肽比较,鳙鱼活性肽的体外抗氧化能力相对要弱。体内试验表明,鳙鱼活性肽可以显著降低D-半乳糖氧化模型小鼠血液和肝脏中的MDA含量,显著提高GSH-Px活力,说明鳙鱼活性肽具有较好的体内抗氧化作用。

In this paper, using hydroxyl radical, superoxide radical scavenging, anti-protein glycosylation reactions, the blood and liver MDA content of D-galactose oxidase mice and GSH-Px activity as the indicators, the vivo and vitro antioxidant activity of active polypeptide from Hypophthalmichthys nobilis has been investigated. The results show that bighead active polypeptide has strong scavenging ability, its clearance rate has relationship with dose; and can significantly reduce the pyrogallol autoxidation rate, the inhibition rate is positively correlated with the concentration, but compared with carnosine, bighead active peptide in vitro antioxidant capacity is relatively weak. Internal tests show that bighead active peptides can significantly reduce the blood and liver MDA content of D-galactose oxidase mice, significantly increased GSH-Px activity, which indicated bighead active polypeptide has good internal antioxidant activity.
