通识课是通识教育体系的重要组成部分,通识课的教学模式区别于专业课程教育。结合教学实践对通识课程食品科学概论的教学模式进行研究,探索建立包括教学内容、教学目标、教学方式、考核体系的课程体系。在多年教学实践中,逐步建立“专题式教学模块”“基于问题式课堂研讨”和“案例式教学”三位一体的教学方法,以及“课程综合考核指标体系”和“课外延伸阅读”相结合的“3+2”通识课教学模式。

Common course is an important part of general education. Teaching mode of common course is different from specialized course. Teaching mode of introduction to food science is studied to establish course system, including teaching content, teaching objectives, teaching methods and evaluation system.“3+2” teaching mode of common course is gradually established after three-year teaching practice in introduction to science. Three different teaching methods are applied in the teaching mode, including monographic teaching, problem-based teaching and case-based teaching. Comprehensive assessment index system and extracurricular readings are also used in the teaching mode.
