在大学生创新项目的实施过程中，易存在实施时间、参与的学生以及学生的整体素质等方面的问题。而因地制宜地调整实施时间、转变观念使大学生创新项目成为全体学生参与的自觉和普遍行为、提高学生的整体素质是解决这些问题的相应办法。

During the implementation process of college students′ innovative projects, there are some problems in the implementation time, the participant students and the overall quality of students.
