试验旨在研究不同饲喂方式对肉牛冬季生长性能和经济效益的影响。选取肉用改良杂交牛18头,其年龄、体形基本一致,公母各半,体重范围(201±21.46)kg,将18头供试牛随机分为3组。试验1组每天饲喂紫花苜蓿青草10 kg、混合精饲料2 kg,玉米秸秆自由采食;试验2组每天饲喂紫花苜蓿青草2 kg、黑麦草青草8 kg、混合精饲料2 kg,玉米秸秆自由采食;试验3组每天饲喂紫花苜蓿青草5 kg、黑麦草青草5 kg、混合精饲料2 kg,玉米秸秆自由采食。结果表明,试验1组与试验2组相比,试验期总增重、头均日增重、日增重收入和毛收益均为差异显著(P<0.05);试验2组与试验3组相比,4项指标差异显著(P<0.05);试验1组与试验3相比,4项指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此可见,采用试验2组的饲喂方法,其效果较优。

The study aimed to study the effects of different feeding ways on the growth performance and economic benefits of beef cattle in winter. Eighteen crossbred beef cattle with body weight of about (201 ±21.46) kg , similar age and body size were randomly divided into 3 groups. The cattle in test group 1 was fed with 10 kg green alfalfa,2 kg mixed concentrate and corn stalk freely. The cattle in test group 2 were fed with 2 kg green alfalfa,8 kg green ryegrass,2 kg mixed concentrate and corn stalk freely. The cattle in test group 3 were fed with 5 kg green alfalfa, 5 kg green ryegrass, 2 kg mixed concentrate and corn stalk freely. The results showed that the total weight, daily gain per head,daily weight gain income and gross income in test group 1 were significantly different with that in test group 2 (P<0.05). These indices in test group 3 had significant difference with test group 2 (P<0.05)and no significant difference with test group 1(P>0.05). Therefore the feeding method in test group 2 had better effects.
