研究了在高氮/低氧混合气氛下热处理(500~700℃)对AlN(氮化铝)粉体表面特性及粉体抗水解性能的影响。实验结果表明:在高氮/低氧混合气氛保护下的AlN粉末表面覆盖了氧化铝薄膜层结构,有效地抑制了AlN与水的反应,阻碍了水分子向 AlN 粉末表面侵蚀的作用,提高了AlN粉末在潮湿环境中的抗水化能力,且热处理后粉末在水溶液中高剪切应力球磨过程中具有非常好的稳定性。
研究瞭在高氮/低氧混閤氣氛下熱處理(500~700℃)對AlN(氮化鋁)粉體錶麵特性及粉體抗水解性能的影響。實驗結果錶明:在高氮/低氧混閤氣氛保護下的AlN粉末錶麵覆蓋瞭氧化鋁薄膜層結構,有效地抑製瞭AlN與水的反應,阻礙瞭水分子嚮 AlN 粉末錶麵侵蝕的作用,提高瞭AlN粉末在潮濕環境中的抗水化能力,且熱處理後粉末在水溶液中高剪切應力毬磨過程中具有非常好的穩定性。
연구료재고담/저양혼합기분하열처리(500~700℃)대AlN(담화려)분체표면특성급분체항수해성능적영향。실험결과표명:재고담/저양혼합기분보호하적AlN분말표면복개료양화려박막층결구,유효지억제료AlN여수적반응,조애료수분자향 AlN 분말표면침식적작용,제고료AlN분말재조습배경중적항수화능력,차열처리후분말재수용액중고전절응력구마과정중구유비상호적은정성。
Aluminum nitride ( AlN) powder was heated at 500~700℃ in protective gas mixed with high nitrogen and low oxygen,in order to investigate the effect of heat treatment on AlN powder?s surface properties and hydration resistance.The results show that the surface of AlN powder was coated by a structure of oxidation product,which is favor to form a diffusion barrier between water and AlN surface,thus restrain hydrolysis reaction and increases the water-resistance of AlN powder in wet environment. After heat treatment,the AlN powder kept high stability of hy-dration resistance in aqueous ball milling at a high cutting stress.
