针对塑料型材挤塑成型生产过程中因断面尺寸不合格产生次品的现象，利用LabVIEW对型材挤塑成型过程温度进行控制，通过LabVIEW实时监测挤塑成型机筒压缩段出口处、均化段出口处的塑料熔体温度，对机筒压缩段调温采用模糊控制、均化段调温采用PID控制，提出了基于LabVIEW模糊控制包的塑料熔体挤塑成型温度控制系统。通过实际挤塑成型生产的验证，控制系统的应用，实现了设备从开机到温度达到稳定值期间因温度造成的型材断面尺寸不合格量降低，进而有效控制型材断面尺寸。

In order to solve the problem of disqualified section size in the extruding process of plastic profile, the forming temperature was controlled by LabVIEW. With real-time moni-toring by LabVIEW of the plastic melt temperature at the exit of compression section and of the homogenizing section of plastic extruding machine barrel, the temperature of the bar-rel compression section and of the homogenizing section was adjusted by fuzzy and PID control, respectively. The temperature control system of plastic melt extrusion moulding based on LabVIEW fuzzy control package was proposed.
