基于Pro/E软件设计平台,对注射模模架进行了智能设计系统的开发与研究。介绍了注射模模架库的系统构成,论述了开发过程中模架质量计算、模架装配树浏览、模架参数化、模架智能装配等几个关键问题。通过检测,采用开发的注射模模架智能设计系统,设计效率大大提高。

An intelligent design system for injection mould base was developed and studied based on Pro/E design platform. The system composition of the injection mould base was presented; and some key issues about the mould base in the development process were dis-cussed which include the calculation of mould base mass, the browsing of assembly tree, the parameterization and intelligent assembly, etc.
