The impact of rail potential on operators and passengers is analyzed according to the effect of direct current when flowing through human body. Recommendations that the rail transit shield door system shall comprehensively adopt TN - S earthing system and measures for further reducing the current flowing through human body are proposed. This solution solves the construction difficulty in insulating installation of platform shield door based on guaranteeing personal safety, and eliminates current hidden dangers of igniting and burning of shield door components.
