为提高行人头部碰撞安全性能,本文以欧洲新车评价规程为基础,利用计算机辅助工程与试验方法对某车型行人头部碰撞安全性能进行评估。对影响行人头部碰撞性能的关键因素进行详细分析,优化了发动机舱、翼子板、前围上部等结构。最终评估结果表明,采用优化后的前端结构满足Euro-NCAP行人保护头部碰撞开发要求,有利于行人保护性能提高,为车辆前端结构设计提供参考。
為提高行人頭部踫撞安全性能,本文以歐洲新車評價規程為基礎,利用計算機輔助工程與試驗方法對某車型行人頭部踫撞安全性能進行評估。對影響行人頭部踫撞性能的關鍵因素進行詳細分析,優化瞭髮動機艙、翼子闆、前圍上部等結構。最終評估結果錶明,採用優化後的前耑結構滿足Euro-NCAP行人保護頭部踫撞開髮要求,有利于行人保護性能提高,為車輛前耑結構設計提供參攷。

To improve pedestrian head impact safety performance , the pedestrian head impact safety per-formance was evaluated using CAE ( Computer-Aided Engineering ) and physical test based on evaluation pro-cedures of pedestrian protection ( Euro-New car Assessment Program , Euro-NCAP ) .Detailed analysis was done for key factors which affect the performance of pedestrian head impact .The structure design optimization was performed for the front -end, including engine room, fender and cowl top, et al.The final assessment re-sults show that the optimized front -end structure can meet the requirements of the Euro -NCAP pedestrian pro-tection head impact , in favor of the pedestrian protection performance improvement .Thereby , the paper provides the best reference for the front -end structure design on cars .
