通过对比分别用萘系减水剂和Glenium〇R 6000 SDC系列聚羧酸减水剂配制的自密实混凝土的电通量和碳化深度,探讨两种减水剂对混凝土耐久性影响的差异。结果表明,采用Gle-nium〇R 6000SDC系列聚羧酸减水剂时,混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性和抗碳化性能比掺萘系减水剂时更优良;且当Glenium〇R 6000 SDC系列聚羧酸减水剂掺量增加,混凝土达到自密实状态时,早期强度虽略有降低,但抗碳化性能大幅提升。
通過對比分彆用萘繫減水劑和Glenium〇R 6000 SDC繫列聚羧痠減水劑配製的自密實混凝土的電通量和碳化深度,探討兩種減水劑對混凝土耐久性影響的差異。結果錶明,採用Gle-nium〇R 6000SDC繫列聚羧痠減水劑時,混凝土的抗氯離子滲透性和抗碳化性能比摻萘繫減水劑時更優良;且噹Glenium〇R 6000 SDC繫列聚羧痠減水劑摻量增加,混凝土達到自密實狀態時,早期彊度雖略有降低,但抗碳化性能大幅提升。
통과대비분별용내계감수제화Glenium〇R 6000 SDC계렬취최산감수제배제적자밀실혼응토적전통량화탄화심도,탐토량충감수제대혼응토내구성영향적차이。결과표명,채용Gle-nium〇R 6000SDC계렬취최산감수제시,혼응토적항록리자삼투성화항탄화성능비참내계감수제시경우량;차당Glenium〇R 6000 SDC계렬취최산감수제참량증가,혼응토체도자밀실상태시,조기강도수략유강저,단항탄화성능대폭제승。
The compressive strength , electric flux and carbonation depth of low binder self consolidation concrete with different superplasticizer types , Glenium〇R 6000SDC polycarboxylate superplasticizer dosage and water content were compared .In this way , all those factors on the durability of concrete were explored .The re-sults show that compared with concrete with naphthalene superplasticizer , concrete with Glenium〇R 6000 SDC polycarboxylate superplasticizer has higher compressive strength , better resistance to chloride ion and carbona-tion.With the increase of Glenium〇R 6000SDC polycarboxylate superplasticizer , concrete workability increased e-ven to self consolidation situation , early compressive strength decreased slightly , but carbonation resistance was improved dramatically .
