Based on a brief review of the reform process of Chinese state -owned enterprises , this paper makes an analysis of the main contradiction appearing in the reform of state -owned enterprises , including the conflict of the privatization and the public -ownership's main body statusand the discussion on the essence of state -owned en-terprises,the target and standard of reform of state -owned enterprises, etc.
