目的探讨参芪通脉汤在中风偏瘫中的应用价值。方法收集2012年1月~2013年12月在我院住院治疗的中风偏瘫患者97例，随机分为参芪通脉汤组、曲克芦丁组，治疗3疗程后比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为91.84豫，对照组总有效率为77.08豫，治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(约0.05)。结论参芪通脉汤结合针灸、推拿、按摩等康复措施综合治疗中风偏瘫，临床效果满意。

목적탐토삼기통맥탕재중풍편탄중적응용개치。방법수집2012년1월~2013년12월재아원주원치료적중풍편탄환자97례，수궤분위삼기통맥탕조、곡극호정조，치료3료정후비교량조치료효과。결과치료조총유효솔위91.84예，대조조총유효솔위77.08예，치료조총유효솔명현우우대조조(약0.05)。결론삼기통맥탕결합침구、추나、안마등강복조시종합치료중풍편탄，림상효과만의。
Objective Discuss the application of ginseng and astragalus soup unclogged arteries in stroke hemiplegia.Methods Col ected from January 2012 to December 2012 in our hospital 97 cases of stroke hemiplegia patients hospitalized with,were randomly divided into group,ginseng and astragalus on pulse soup QuKe rutin group, comparing two groups of treatment ef ect after treatment of 3 period of treatment.Results Treatment group total ef ective rate was 91.84%,control group total ef ective rate was 77.08%,total ef ective treatment group was obviously better than the control group( <0.05).Conclusion Ginseng and astragalus unclogged arteries soup combined with acupuncture and moxibustion,massage,massage,comprehensive treatment of stroke hemiplegia rehabilitation measures,clinical ef ect is satisfactory.
