针对传统切削加工过程中使用切削液的弊端,分析了准干式切削技术的特点,介绍了微量润滑、低温微量润滑和水蒸气冷却等常见准干式切削技术的原理及其国内外研究现状,指出准干式切削技术具有很好的节能环保、降低加工成本等优点,具有广泛的应用前景。
針對傳統切削加工過程中使用切削液的弊耑,分析瞭準榦式切削技術的特點,介紹瞭微量潤滑、低溫微量潤滑和水蒸氣冷卻等常見準榦式切削技術的原理及其國內外研究現狀,指齣準榦式切削技術具有很好的節能環保、降低加工成本等優點,具有廣汎的應用前景。

According to the drawbacks of using cooling fluid in cutting process,the characteristics of near dry cutting technology were discussed. The principles and research progresses at home and abroad of some common near dry cutting technologies,such as MQL,cryogenic MQL and water vapor cooling were introduced. It is pointed out that the near dry cutting technology has advantages of saving energy,protecting environmental,and reducing processing cost,etc. The near dry cutting technology has extensive application prospect.
