Full hydraulic steering gear%Simulation analysis
依据开芯无反应式全液压转向器的机械结构和油路布置,利用AMESim的液压元件设计库(HCD)构建了转向器的AMESim模型。依据专用车总体设计要求,选取了转向器的相关参数,对其模型进行了仿真,并分析了转向输入信号对转向器性能的影响。仿真结果表明:该模型的动态响应快,转向位移输出平稳,符合设计要求。

Based on the mechanical structure an d oil line flow of the open non-reactive hydraulic steering gear,the AMESim mod-el of steering gear was built by using HCD library of AMESim. According to the special purpose vehicle overall design requirements, the parameters were set reasonably,the steering gear was simulated,the influences of different signals of steering on the steering gear performance were analyzed. The results show that the model has characteristic of fast dynamic response,smooth steering displacement output,so it meets the design requirements.
