以单液压缸输入方式剪刀架举升机构为例,构建了统一精确的机构支臂力学分析模型,基于等强度的思想,以截面高度H作为优化变量,在满足应力要求的条件下,确定了变截面支臂的结构尺寸,并利用有限元软件对支臂进行强度仿真优化,为今后的实验研究和其他研究奠定了基础。
以單液壓缸輸入方式剪刀架舉升機構為例,構建瞭統一精確的機構支臂力學分析模型,基于等彊度的思想,以截麵高度H作為優化變量,在滿足應力要求的條件下,確定瞭變截麵支臂的結構呎吋,併利用有限元軟件對支臂進行彊度倣真優化,為今後的實驗研究和其他研究奠定瞭基礎。

Taking the single hydraulic cylinder input mode scissors frame lifting mechanism as example,an unified precise mech-anism model was constructed. Using the equal strength idea,taking section height H as optimization variably,the support arm struc-ture sizes were determined on the premise of meeting stress requirement. Using finite element software,strength simulation optimization was made. There lay foundation for future experiment research and other research.
