在线估计切削功率是数控机床能效监控和评估的关键技术之一。传统的方法需要安装力传感器(或者力矩传感器)间接测量切削功率,这样不仅增加成本,同时影响机床刚性。提出一种不需要测量切削力(或力矩)而通过主轴电机输入功率间接在线估计切削功率的方法。通过实验方法得出被测机床主传动系统的附加载荷损失功率特性函数,然后再通过实时测量主轴电机输入功率结合主轴系统的附加载荷损耗特性计算出切削功率,并在数控车床CJK6136上进行了3组切削实验。实验结果表明,采用该方法分离得到的切削功率的误差在1%左右。

It is one of most important techniques for monitoring and assessing the energy efficiency of CNC machine tools. Conven-tional methods usually need install a force/torque sensor to indirectly measure cutting power,which are not only increase cost but also influence machine tools’stiffness. A new method was proposed that the cutting power was estimated directly from the input power with-out measuring the cutting torque or cutting force. The additional load loss power function of the main drive system was established by experiments. Then,cutting power was calculated based on the additional load loss coefficient. Three experiments were undertaken on a CNC lathe CJK6136 to verify the proposed method. The experimental results show the effectiveness of the method and the estimation error of cutting power is about 1%.
