囿于传统的PID控制器用于比例伺服液压缸位置控制时出现超调大、稳态精度低、响应时间较长等缺点,提出参数在线自整定模糊PID控制方法,并对模糊PID控制器的PLC实现进行分析。针对汽车板簧试验台的比例伺服缸实际控制进行试验,结果表明:用PLC实现的模糊PID控制器简单实用,控制精度高,适应性好,抗干扰能力强,鲁棒性好,从而提高了控制品质,满足了控制要求。

Because of the limitations of traditional PID controller for servo hydraulic cylinder position control had large overshoot, low steady state accuracy,longer response time,the method of on-line parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control was proposed,and the feasibility of fuzzy PID controller based on PLC was analyzed. The control test for proportional servo cylinder of automotive leaf spring test bench was made. The results show that the fuzzy PID controller based on PLC is simple and practical. It has high control preci-sion,good adaptability,strong anti-interference ability and good robustness. So the control quality is improved,the control require-ments are met.
