高加工速度和高表面质量是高速铣削加工技术追求的目标之一。通过分析,找到影响其表面质量的主要因素,设计4因素4水平正交试验,即在刀具参数不变的条件下,研究主轴转速、加工速度、轴向深度、径向深度的不同切削参数对表面质量的影响,找出影响表面质量的决定性因素,为实际操作者选取参数提供参考。

High machining speed and high surface quality is one goal of pursuit in high-speed machining technology. The impor-tant factors influencing its surface quality were captured,and the orthogonal experiment of 4 factors and 4 levels was designed by analy-zing. Namely,the influence of surface quality by four distinct parameters of spindle speed,machining speed,axial depth and radial depth was researched in condition of parameters constant of milling cutter. Finally,the decisive factors influencing the surface quality were obtained,which provided some reference for choosing parameters by actual operator.
