基于经典力学理论和金属切削理论,建立了高速切削下立铣刀切削力的数学模型;以高速切削状态下立铣刀为研究对象,采用有限元软件ANSYS分析了立铣刀在不同切削条件下切削应力和应变的变化规律,得出了切削力随切削参数的变化规律。为进行有限元分析、切削力影响因素的分析以及初步揭示出切削机制奠定了坚实的理论基础;同时也为现阶段企业数控设备的高效使用以及实际生产中工人选择切削参数提供了理论支持。

Based on classical mechanics theory and metal cutting theory,the mathematical model of cutting force of vertical milling cutter in high speed cutting was established. Taking the vertical milling cutter in high speed cutting as the research object,fi-nite element software ANSYS was used to analyze change laws of cutting stress and strain of end milling cutter in different cutting condi-tions,the change law of cutting force with the cutting parameters was gained. It provides reference for finite element analysis,influen-cing factors analysis of cutting force and initially revealing the cutting mechanism. At the same time it provides theoretical support for efficient use of enterprise CNC equipment,as well as the selection of cutting parameters by workers.
