This study adopts two questionnaires including English Phonetics Scale(EPS)and English Listening Comprehension Coping Way Scale(ELCCWS) for a survey on correlation between English Phonetics and English Listening Comprehension with a random sample of 50 students majoring in non-English from Zhaotong University in Yunnan so as to explore the relation-ship between English phonetics and listening achievements and to investigate the ways that the students used to cope with im-proving listening comprehension.
