在红外末制导导弹高速飞行过程中,侧窗与大气产生剧烈摩擦,引起气动加热效应。随着导弹速度的提高,气动加热对探测性能的负面影响越来越明显。针对这一问题,对超音速导弹导引头平板侧窗的喷流技术的进行了理论建模;采用计算流体动力学(CFD)仿真的方法,分析了侧窗外表面的气动热流场变化;探讨了通过对侧窗外表面进行喷流的措施改变温度场分布的技术。研究结果表明:该技术能够有效地降低侧窗气动热影响,抑制红外成像热背景干扰,提升了导引头在高速飞行过程中的探测性能。

In the process of high-speed flight of infrared terminal guidance system, -aerodynamic heating effect occurs because of severe friction between the side window and atmosphere. With the flight speed increasing, the negative effect on the detection capability of the system is worse. In the paper, a theoretical model is proposed to solve the problem, which is then utilized to describe cavity injection technology of side window in supersonic missile seeker. And then, the computational fluid dynamic (CFD) simulation is used to analyze the variety of heating effect on the external surface of side window. Lastly, this paper discusses a technique of side window jet in detail. Using the technique, the head temperature field distribution is obtained though jet on the external surface of side window. The results of the experiment show that the technique can effectively reduce the effect of side window aerodynamic heating, and suppress the infrared background clutter, improving the detection capability of the seeker in high-speed flight.
