土地整治是城乡统筹的平台，通过文献资料法和综合分析法将我国土地整治分为5种主要的整治模式：市地整治模式、城市近郊农村建设用地综合整治模式、城市远郊农村建设用地综合整治模式、农用地综合整治模式、生态整治模式，并根据各模式内涵提出保障相应模式运行的政策措施。

Land consolidation is the platform of urban-rural integration. Land consolidation is divided into five kinds of mode through documentation and comprehensive analysis methods in this paper. They are the model of urban consolidation, the model of rural building land consolidation in the suburbs, the model of rural building land consolidation in the exurban, the model of farmland comprehensive consolidation, the model of ecological consolidation. Finally, the author put forward the corresponding policies and measures according to each pattern connotation.
