现代农庄是近几年来迅速发展的一种新型农村社会生产组织形式，是推进农业产业化的一个积极、富有成效的探索。近几年来，长沙市乡村休闲旅游业迅速发展，现代农庄也初具规模。对长沙市现代农庄的发展现状进行了分析，总结其特征，并从政府和企业两个视角提出：长沙市现代农庄的发展过程中政府应起到引导、规范和扶持的作用，而现代农庄企业则应起到主体作用，秉承可持续发展的理念，打造自身核心竞争力，走绿色发展之路。

The modern farm is a positive and productive exploration for promoting the agricultural industrialization as a new form of rural production organization which developed rapidly in recent years. Now, as the development of rural tourism industry in Changsha city, the modern farms are beginning to take shape. This paper analyzed the developmental status quo of modern farms in Changsha city and summarized their characteristics. Meanwhile, some suggestions were put forward from the perspectives of government and enterprise: the government should guide, regulate and support the development of modern farm in Changsha city, and as a main body, the modern farm should take the idea of sustainable development, build its own core competitiveness and take the road of green development.
