对反导预警系统进行作战效能评估可以为预警装备体系的发展和作战运用提供基础,在对反导预警作战流程分析的基础上,选取了对反导预警系统作战效能影响较大的因素,给出了系统效能性能量度,分析了系统映射和使命映射,并运用SEA方法建立了效能评估的数学模型,结合仿真试验对反导预警系统保障反导拦截任务的作战效能进行了评估。
對反導預警繫統進行作戰效能評估可以為預警裝備體繫的髮展和作戰運用提供基礎,在對反導預警作戰流程分析的基礎上,選取瞭對反導預警繫統作戰效能影響較大的因素,給齣瞭繫統效能性能量度,分析瞭繫統映射和使命映射,併運用SEA方法建立瞭效能評估的數學模型,結閤倣真試驗對反導預警繫統保障反導攔截任務的作戰效能進行瞭評估。

Operational effectiveness evaluation of early-warning system of ATBM is the foundation of equipment development and operational application. After the analysis of the system’s combat flow,the main factors that influence the system’s operational effectiveness are selected. This paper establishes the performance measurement of system effectiveness and analyses the system mapping and mission mapping. This paper sets up the effectiveness model based on SEA method,and evaluates the operational effectiveness of early-warning system by the simulation test.
