针对百色水利枢纽大坝辉绿岩骨料碾压混凝土存在骨料分离多、均匀性较差、可碾性较差、弹性模量高、极限拉伸值低等问题,首次提出适当减小大坝碾压混凝土粗骨料的最大粒径,由80 mm 减为60 mm,大坝采用准三级配碾压混凝土的设想,对准三级配碾压混凝土与三级配碾压混凝土进行对比试验研究。研究结果表明:在不增加水泥用量和胶凝材料用量的情况下,准三级配碾压混凝土骨料分离明显减少,均匀性和密实性明显提高,可碾性和工作性明显改善,弹性模量降低13%,极限拉伸值提高10%,各项性能均满足设计要求。百色水利枢纽大坝采用准三级配碾压混凝土,有效地改善了大坝碾压混凝土工作性能和变形性能,提高了抗裂性能和层间结合性能,保证了工程质量。

According to the dam with diabase aggregate roller compacted concrete of baise project,there was aggregate separation,lack of homogeneity,rolling resistance difference,modulus of elasticity was high,the ultimate tensile value was low,proposes for the first time reduced the biggest size of coarse aggregate from 80 mm to 60 mm,roller compacted concrete witn quasi-tri-graded was used in dam, comparison test research between roller compacted concrete witn quasi-tri-graded and tri-graded,The results of the study showed that, without any increase in cement dosage and cementing material,concrete aggregate separation significantly reduced,uniformity and compact sex obviously improved,grinding and workability obviously improved,elastic modulus was reduced by 13% and ultimate tensile value increased by 10%,various performance could meet the design requirements.Roller compacted concrete with quasi-tri-graded was used in baise dam,effectively improved the working performance and deformation performance,crack resistance and interlayer bonding properties,obviously improved,ensured the engineering quality.
