为有效提高橡胶砂浆的力学性能,采用丁苯乳液与聚丙烯纤维对其进行复合改性,通过试验研究了丁苯乳液、聚丙烯纤维对橡胶砂浆抗压强度、抗折强度、弹性模量的影响。研究结果表明:当丁苯乳液聚灰比为15%时,丁苯乳液改性砂浆的抗折强度达到最大值;橡胶掺量为20%,丁苯乳液聚灰比为10%时,丁苯乳液改性橡胶砂浆的抗折和抗压强度达到最佳。在橡胶掺量为20%的试验组中,掺入聚丙烯纤维后,聚丙烯纤维丁苯乳液改性橡胶砂浆的抗折和抗压强度明显增大,而当丁苯乳液聚灰比为10%时,丁苯乳液改性橡胶砂浆的抗折和抗压强度达到最大值;对于橡胶掺量为30%的试验组,聚丙烯纤维丁苯乳液改性橡胶砂浆的抗压强度和抗折强度基本上随着丁苯乳液聚灰比增大而逐渐减小。当改性材料组为丁苯乳液10%+橡胶30%+聚丙烯纤维时,砂浆的弹性模量最小,此时砂浆的柔韧性最佳。

Presented a study on the mechanical properties of rubber mortar including compressive strength,flexural strength and elastici-ty modulus with the inclusion of the two macromolecules,SBR latex,polypropylene fiber.The results showed that the compressive strength and flexural strength achieved best when the polymer-cement of butyl benzene latex was 15%;When the rubber content was 20% and the polymer-cement of SBR latex was 10%,the compressive strength,flexural strength of SBR latex of mortar was best.For 20% rubber parti-cles test groups,the compressive strength,flexural strength of SBR Latex & PP fiber modified rubber mortar increased with the inclusion of PP fiber,especially when the polymer-cement of SBR latex was 10%;For 30% rubber particles test groups,the compressive strength, flexural strength of SBR latex & PP fiber modified rubber mortar decreases as the polymer-cement of SBR latex increased.When the group of materials was SBRL10%+R30+PP,the elastic modulus of mortar was the smallest and the flexibility of the mortar achieves best.
