通过试验确定出了新型抗冻防冻复合外加剂 XKF 中的组成及最佳掺量,按照 JC 475-2004《混凝土防冻剂》的规定的方法对其进行检验,同时研究了外加剂 XKF 对水工混凝土抗冻防冻性能的影响。试验表明:外加剂 XKF 对新拌混凝土含气量的影响不仅与引气组分的掺量有直接关系,还受到减水组分、防冻组分的影响;外加剂 XKF 的性能优于 JC 475-2004规定的性能指标,抗冻防冻水工混凝土经过-20℃的负温转正温的养护后,其抗冻等级达到 F300,相对动弹模为89.5%,质量损失为4.2%。
通過試驗確定齣瞭新型抗凍防凍複閤外加劑 XKF 中的組成及最佳摻量,按照 JC 475-2004《混凝土防凍劑》的規定的方法對其進行檢驗,同時研究瞭外加劑 XKF 對水工混凝土抗凍防凍性能的影響。試驗錶明:外加劑 XKF 對新拌混凝土含氣量的影響不僅與引氣組分的摻量有直接關繫,還受到減水組分、防凍組分的影響;外加劑 XKF 的性能優于 JC 475-2004規定的性能指標,抗凍防凍水工混凝土經過-20℃的負溫轉正溫的養護後,其抗凍等級達到 F300,相對動彈模為89.5%,質量損失為4.2%。

Gave compositions of the new type antifreeze compound admixture XKF and the optimal content,through the experiments. According to the regulation of JC 475-2004 concrete antifreeze methods,XKF admixture was tested.And,the effect of the admixture XKF to antifreeze performance of hydraulic concrete was studied.The results indicated that the air content of fresh concrete was not only has the influence of air entering component of the admixture XKF but also water reducing components,antifreeze component;Admixtures XKF performance is superior to the performance indicators stipulated JC 475-2004;Antifreeze hydraulic concrete reaches the antifreeze level F300,relative dynamic modulus of 89.5%,the mass loss of 4.2%,through the curing of -20 ℃negative to positive temperature.
