通过正交试验,研究了胶凝材料中粉煤灰、二水石膏、半水石膏和外加价掺量等因素对煤矸石作为集料的混凝土实心砖性能的影响。试验结果显示:粉煤灰对实心砖密度和力学性能影响最大,掺量从20%增加到60%后,实心砖密度从2163 kg/m3降低到2013 kg/m3,强度从25.8 MPa 降低到了6.5 MPa;外加剂、二水石膏和半水石膏对实心砖性能的改善也有一定的作用。通过试验得出煤矸石实心砖胶凝材料组分的适宜配合比是胶凝材料中粉煤灰占20%,半水石膏和二水石膏分别占4%和5%,外加剂掺量为胶凝材料总量的3%。

Through the orthogonal experiments,the influences of fly ash,dihydrate gypsum,semi-hydrated gypsum and admixture in ce-mentitious materials on properties of solid concrete brick with coal gangue as its fine aggregate were studied.The results indicated that fly ash was the most influential factor on the density and mechanical properties of solid brick,with the increased of mixing amount of the fly ash in cementitious materials from 20% to 60%,density of the brick decreased from 2 163 kg/m3 to 2 013 kg/m3,and compressive strength decreased from 25.8 MPa to 6.5 MPa.The optimal formula of the cementitious materials in the experiment was 20% amount of fly ash,4%dihydrate gypsum,5% semi-hydrated gypsum and 3% admixture.
