以矿渣和粉煤灰、硅灰为无机聚合物制备原材料,氢氧化钠做激发剂,采用双氧水发泡体系制备发泡混凝土,建立 L1837正交优化设计表,在双氧水发泡体系中,研究矿渣和硅灰的掺量、纤维素醚掺量、二氧化锰掺量、水胶比值、双氧水掺量六个因素对无机聚合物发泡混凝土凝结时间、密度、28 d 抗压强度的影响。无机聚合物发泡混凝土凝结时间和密度随水胶比、二氧化锰掺量、双氧水掺量变化影响较大,28 d 抗压强度主要受矿渣掺量、水胶比值、二氧化锰掺量的影响。水胶比为0.50、矿粉掺量为66%、二氧化锰掺量为0.45%、纤维素醚掺量为0.8%、双氧水掺量为3%,硅灰掺量为4.5%为较优制备工艺参数。

Slag,silica fume and fly ash were used as main raw materials,manganese dioxide as excitation agent to prepare inorganic polymer.The foamed concrete was produced by the hydrogen peroxide foam system.The L1837 orthogonal design table was established.In the hydrogen foam system,six factors are studied including the impaction of slag,silica fume,cellulose ether,manganese dioxide,hydro-gen peroxide and water-binder ratio.Setting time,bulk density and 28 days compressive strength of each experiment were tested.The setting time and bulk density were affected obviously by the impaction of manganese dioxide,hydrogen peroxide and water-binder ratio.The 28 days compressive strength was affected obviously by the impaction of slag,manganese dioxide and water-binder ratio.When W/B was 0.50,the impaction of slag,silica fume,cellulose ether,manganese dioxide,hydrogen peroxide was 66%,4.5%,0.8%,0.45% and 3%,the geopolymer foamed concrete was produced preferably.
