为分析纤维长度对纤维增强水泥基复合材料性能的影响,采用3种不同长度的聚乙烯纤维制备纤维增强水泥基复合材料,根据抗压和抗折性能测试结果,并结合微观力学理论分析纤维长度的影响机理。结果表明,纤维长度对抗压强度影响较小,对抗折强度和韧性影响较大;随着纤维长度的增大,纤维桥联作用余能增大,复合材料更容易发生多缝开裂现象,所以导致变形能力和韧性的增大;但是由于受到纤维分散性能的影响,当纤维长度增大到18 mm 时,纤维桥联作用得不到有效发挥,抗折强度和韧性反而有所下降。

Polyethylene fibers with three different lengths were adopted to prepare fiber reinforced cementitious composites and analyze the influence of fiber length on the strength and toughness of polytene fiber reinforced cementitious composite.The impact mechanism of fiber lengthwasproposed according totheresults of compressiveand flexural tests and themicro-mechanics theory.The results showed that the influ-ence of fiber length on the compressive strength was smaller than the flexural strength and toughness.With the increase of fiber length,the com-plementary energy of fiber bridging grew,leading to the multiple cracking of the composites and the growth of deformation capacity and tough-ness.However,when thelength cameto18 mm,the fibers could notbedispersed uniformly,causing thedecreaseof flexural and toughness.
