首先从再生骨料、水胶比、胶凝材料掺量、养护条件和荷载水平等因素入手,归纳总结了现有再生混凝土碳化的研究成果,指出提高再生骨料的品质是提升再生混凝土碳化抗力的主要措施之一。然后基于碳化机理分析,对既有碳化模型进行比较分析,认为理论与经验相结合的碳化模型既有理论依据又便于工程应用。最后提出再生混凝土碳化研究的主要关键问题,包括确定表征再生粗细骨料对结构碳化影响机制的指标与参数,建立荷载与多重环境因素耦合作用下再生混凝土结构的碳化模型等。

Achievements of recycled concrete carbonation when recycled aggregate were used to make new concrete were summarized. Effects of recycled aggregate,water-binder ratios,cement content,curing condition and load levels on the carbonation behavior of recycled concrete were evaluated by accelerated carbonation experiments.One of measures to enhance recycled concrete carbonation resistance by improving recycled concrete aggregates quality was pointed out.Then,state carbonation models were analyzed comparatively on the basic of carbide mechanism analysis,it was conducted that the combination of theory and experience of carbonation model has both the theoreti-cal basis and convenient for engineering application.Finally,main key problems of recycled concrete carbonation research are proposed,in-cluding all of loads of recycled concrete carbonation mechanism,set up under the action of multiple factors of carbonation model and so on.
