为了探讨在无外加剂条件下影响普通混凝土开裂的材料组成因素,通过平板试验法比较了不同配合比组成的普通混凝土开裂情况。结果发现:掺加适量粉煤灰的混凝土出现裂缝的早期时间延长,但早期开裂程度加剧;砂率增加会显著增加混凝土早期开裂的可能性;在一定水胶比范围内,较低的水胶比能够提高混凝土的抗裂性;在一定胶凝材料掺量范围内,胶凝材料增加,其抗裂性能会变好;在一定的骨料粒径范围内,骨料粒径较小的混凝土抗裂性能优于骨料粒径较大的混凝土。

In order to investigate the material composition factors which influence the ordinary concrete cracking in the condition of without admixture.Through the slab test,compared the cracking situation of the ordinary concrete with different composition.The results showed that concrete with proper amount of fly ash cracks later,but with sever early cracking;sand rate increase significantly increased the probability of early cracking.In a certain range of W/C ,low W/C can improve the crack resistance of concrete;in a certain amount of ce-menting material,the more cementing material,the better anti-crack performance;in a certain range of aggregate size,the concrete with smaller aggregate size had a better anti-cracking performance than that of larger aggregate size concrete.
