在植物油中外源添加多环芳烃蒽,并逐级稀释,然后用400M液体核磁共振仪配合反式ATB探头检测不同蒽含量植物油的1 H NMR,结果表明:核磁共振1 H NMR法能够清晰检出植物油中的蒽,其限度为10μg/kg,达到国家标准GB 2716-2005的要求。

재식물유중외원첨가다배방경은,병축급희석,연후용400M액체핵자공진의배합반식ATB탐두검측불동은함량식물유적1 H NMR,결과표명:핵자공진1 H NMR법능구청석검출식물유중적은,기한도위10μg/kg,체도국가표준GB 2716-2005적요구。
The harms of the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons ( PAHs) in vegetable oils attracts more and more at-tention .In this paper , a PAH-anthracene was added into the pure vegetable oil , and then the vegetable oil contai-ning anthracene was diluted using the same vegetable oil .The 400 M Liquid NMR spectrometer and trans-ATB probes were used to detect the 1 H NMR of the vegetable oil containing anthracene .The results show that the anthra-cene could be detected clearly and the detection limit reached 10 μg/kg which meets the national standard of GB 2716-2005 .
