为了阐述植烟土壤氮含量对烟株吸收积累主要矿质养分的影响,采用营养液培养的方法,研究了不同质量浓度氮对烟草苗期主要矿质养分吸收和积累的影响。结果表明,随营养液氮质量浓度的增加,烟草生物量呈先增加后降低的变化趋势,当营养液氮质量浓度为140 m g/L时达最大值。随营养液氮质量浓度的增加,烟草全株氮含量和锌含量均增加,铜含量明显降低;磷、钾、镁、锰、钙含量先升高后降低,其中磷、钾、镁、锰含量在营养液氮质量浓度为280 m g/L时达到最大值,而钙含量在氮质量浓度为140 m g/L时达到最大值。随营养液氮质量浓度的增加,全株氮和镁积累量均增加;磷、钾、钙、锌、铜、锰在烟草体内积累量先增加后降低,其中磷、钾、钙、锌、锰积累量在氮质量浓度为140 m g/L时达到最大值,而铜积累量在氮质量浓度为70 m g/L时达到最大值。随营养液氮质量浓度的增加,烟草叶片氮和锌含量及其积累量均增加;磷、钾、镁、锰等含量及其积累量先增加后降低,氮质量浓度280 m g/L时达到最大值,而钙含量及其积累量与全株中变化趋势一致。可见,适宜的氮质量浓度可促进烟株干物质积累,并影响烟株矿质养分的含量和积累量,进而影响烟叶产量和品质。
為瞭闡述植煙土壤氮含量對煙株吸收積纍主要礦質養分的影響,採用營養液培養的方法,研究瞭不同質量濃度氮對煙草苗期主要礦質養分吸收和積纍的影響。結果錶明,隨營養液氮質量濃度的增加,煙草生物量呈先增加後降低的變化趨勢,噹營養液氮質量濃度為140 m g/L時達最大值。隨營養液氮質量濃度的增加,煙草全株氮含量和鋅含量均增加,銅含量明顯降低;燐、鉀、鎂、錳、鈣含量先升高後降低,其中燐、鉀、鎂、錳含量在營養液氮質量濃度為280 m g/L時達到最大值,而鈣含量在氮質量濃度為140 m g/L時達到最大值。隨營養液氮質量濃度的增加,全株氮和鎂積纍量均增加;燐、鉀、鈣、鋅、銅、錳在煙草體內積纍量先增加後降低,其中燐、鉀、鈣、鋅、錳積纍量在氮質量濃度為140 m g/L時達到最大值,而銅積纍量在氮質量濃度為70 m g/L時達到最大值。隨營養液氮質量濃度的增加,煙草葉片氮和鋅含量及其積纍量均增加;燐、鉀、鎂、錳等含量及其積纍量先增加後降低,氮質量濃度280 m g/L時達到最大值,而鈣含量及其積纍量與全株中變化趨勢一緻。可見,適宜的氮質量濃度可促進煙株榦物質積纍,併影響煙株礦質養分的含量和積纍量,進而影響煙葉產量和品質。

For elucidating the effect of N content in soil on absorption and accumulation of mineral nutrients in tobacco ,this paper studied the effect of N concentration on absorption and accumula-tion of several mineral nutrients by liquid culture during tobacco seedling stage .T he results showed that with the increase of N concentration ,the biomass of tobacco first increased and then decreased ,and reached a peak value when the N concentration was 140 mg/L .With the increase of N concentration ,the N and Zn content in the w hole tabacco increased ,but the Cu content de-creased;the content of P ,K ,Mg and Mn first increased and then decreased ,and reached a peak value when the N concentration was 280 mg/L ,so was the content of Ca ,but reached a peak value when the N concentration was 140 mg/L .With the increase of N concentration ,the accumulation of N and Mg in the w hole tabacco increased ;the accumulation of P ,K ,Ca ,Zn and Mn first in-creased and then decreased ,and reached a peak value when the N concentration was 140 mg/L ,so was the accumulation of Cu ,but reached a peak value when the N concentration was 70 mg/L . With the increase of N concentration ,the content and accumulation of N and Zn in tobacco leaves all increased ;the content and accumulation of P ,K ,Mg and Mn all first increased and then de-creased ,and reached a peak value when the N concentration was 280 mg/L ,the variation trend of content and accumulation of Ca in leaves was same to that in whole plant .So ,appropriate N con-centration could increase dry matter accumulation of tabacco ,affect the absorption and accumula-tion of mineral nutrients ,further affect the yield and quality of tobacco leaves .
