为探讨不同调理剂对污泥堆肥过程的影响,分别采用锯末(处理1)、花生壳(处理2)、厨余+锯末(处理3)作为污泥堆肥的调理剂,研究了堆肥过程中温度、含水率、pH值、电导率、全氮含量、种子发芽指数、好氧纤维素降解菌数目的变化特征。结果表明:不同调理剂对污泥堆肥温度的影响不同,处理2由于花生壳结构蓬松,保温效果不好和对,未能达到高温和对污泥的无害化处理,堆肥失败。处理1和处理3升温快速,处理1温度在55℃以上持续了5 d ,处理3温度在50℃以上持续了7 d ,均达到了无害化的效果;处理1和处理3含水率分别从初始的61.04%、59.95%下降到堆肥结束时的54.67%、56.73%,堆体体积明显减小,实现了堆肥的减量化;处理1和处理3 p H值都在适宜范围内,无需进行调整;堆肥结束时处理1和处理3的电导率均小于3.00 m S/cm ,种子发芽指数大于0.50,表明堆肥不会对植物产生毒害作用;处理1保氮效果最好,处理3次之。综合考虑,锯末、花生壳及厨余3种调理剂的调理效果次序为锯末>厨余>花生壳。

In order to study the effect of different conditioners on aerobic composting of sewage sludge ,three kinds of conditioners were selected ,which were sawdust(treatment 1) ,peanut shells (treatment 2) ,restaurant garbage + sawdust (treatment 3) ,respectively ,and the temperature , moisture content ,pH ,EC ,TN content ,GI and microorganism number during the composting were measured .The results showed that different conditioners had different effects on temperature .As the fluffy structure of peanut shell was bad for thermal insulation ,treatment 2 was failed to achieve a high temperature ,and failed to meet the requirement of innocent treatment ,the effect was bad .The temperature of treatment 1 and 3 rose rapidly ,treatment 1 maintained above 55 ℃for 5 days ,treatment 3 maintained above 50 ℃ for 7 days ,both treatment 1 and 3 met the require-ment of innocent treatment ;the moisture content of treatment 1 and 3 was changed from 61.04% ,59.95% to 54 .67% ,56 .73% respectively ,the pile volume was significantly reduced ,the composting minimization was realized ;pH value of treatment 1 and 3 were in the proper range ,there was no need to adjust ;when the composting finished ,EC of treatment 1 and 3 was less than 3 .00 mS/cm ,GI was more than 0 .50 ,indicating that the composting product would not cause tox-ic effects on plants ;treatment 3 had the least loss in nitrogen ,treatment 1 second .In a word ,the effect order of the three conditioners was sawdust ,restaurant garbage ,peanut shells .
