黄萎病是一类土传植物维管束真菌病害，严重影响农业生产，目前尚无有效的手段来防治该病害。综述了近年来有关黄萎病菌致病机制和植物抗黄萎病机制的研究结果，重点介绍了其分子机制方面的进展，为黄萎病的相关研究奠定理论基础。

Verticillium wilt is one of the most destructive soil-borne fungal diseases ,which se-riously affects agricultural production .There is currently no effective measure available to control Verticillium wilt .This review summarizes some advances in researches on pathogenic mechanism of Verticillium wilt and plant resistance to Verticillium wilt ,emphasizing recent advances in mo-lecular mechanisms ,to establish the theoretical basis for further research .
