目的:探讨不同病理组织类型肺癌多层螺旋CT灌注成像的特点。方法回顾性分析30例不同病理类型肺癌患者多层螺旋CT灌注成像资料,并加以分析比较。结果腺癌及鳞癌患者PER、PE、TTP及BV值比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随着肺癌分化程度减低,PER、PE和BV值逐渐降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着肺癌分化程度减低,TTP值逐渐增高,但差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。鳞癌Ⅰ型TDC曲线3例,Ⅱ型10例;腺癌Ⅰ型13例,Ⅱ型4例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT灌注成像能反映不同病理组织类型肺癌的分化程度,可为临床治疗提供重要信息。

목적:탐토불동병리조직류형폐암다층라선CT관주성상적특점。방법회고성분석30례불동병리류형폐암환자다층라선CT관주성상자료,병가이분석비교。결과선암급린암환자PER、PE、TTP급BV치비교,차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05)。수착폐암분화정도감저,PER、PE화BV치축점강저,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);수착폐암분화정도감저,TTP치축점증고,단차이무통계학의의( P>0.05)。린암Ⅰ형TDC곡선3례,Ⅱ형10례;선암Ⅰ형13례,Ⅱ형4례,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론다층라선CT관주성상능반영불동병리조직류형폐암적분화정도,가위림상치료제공중요신식。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of different pathological tissues of lung cancer in multilayer coi -ling CT Perfusion imaging .Methods Multilayer coiling CT perfusion imaging data of 30 cases of lung cancer in different patho-logical types were retrospectively analyzed and compared .Results The PER,PE,TTP and BV rates between adenocarcinoma and squamous carcinoma had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).With the reducing of lung cancer differentiation degree , thePER,PE and BV rates gradually decreased ,the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05);With the reduc-ing of lung cancer differentiation degree,TTP increased gradually,but the difference wasn’t significant(P>0.05).There were 3 cases of squamous cell carcinomas with typeⅠTDC curve,and 10 cases with typeⅡTDC curve;and there were 13 cases of adenocarcino-ma with typeⅠTDC curve,4 cases with typeⅡTDC curve,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Multilayercoiling CT perfusion imaging can reflect the differentiation of different histopathologic types of lung cancer ,and provide important information for clinical treatment .
