为了解薏苡非种仁部位中氨基酸的含量,为薏苡非种仁部位的质量评价与优质药材的选择和培育提供依据,采用柱前衍生化RP-HPLC法,对贵州和云南不同采收期、不同产地薏苡非种仁部位的氨基酸含量进行了测定。结果表明:9种薏苡非种仁部位中均含有16种氨基酸,其中包含人体必需的7种氨基酸。内种皮中氨基酸总量和人体必需的7种氨基酸总量最高,为11342~13981 mg/100g 和3553~4260 mg/100g;其次为薏苡的根和外种皮,分别为4263~6753 mg/100g、1373~1683 mg/100g和1537~6851 mg/100g、506~1751 mg/100g。因此,在薏苡非种仁部位的开发中,可选择贮藏时间较短的内种皮进行综合利用。

In order to understand the amino acids content in Coix non kernel parts,and provide a reference for quality evaluation and selection and breeding of high-quality medicinal materials,the amino acids in non kernel parts of Coix,collected in Guizhou and Yunnan with different harvest time and origin, were determined by pre-column derivatization for RP-HPLC.The results showed that nine Coix non kernel parts contained 1 6 kinds of amino acids,which contained seven kinds of essential amino acids.Overall, within the Coix endopleura the total amino acids and essential amino acids were the highest,11 342~ 13 981 mg/100 g and 3 553 ~ 4 260 mg/100g respectively,followed by Coix roots and testa,4 263~ 6 753 mg/100g and 1 373 ~ 1 683 mg/100g in roots,1 537~ 6 851 mg/100gand 506~ 1 751 mg/100g in testa. Consequently,endopleura with short storage time could be comprehensively utilized in the exploitation of non kernel parts of Coix.
