为分离筛选出新的可降解甲氰菊酯的菌株,采用富集培养和用分光光度法测定等方法,从取自农药厂排污口废水中分离筛选甲氰菊酯降解菌,并对分离菌株降解甲氰菊酯的降解特性进行了研究。结果表明:分离筛选出1株具有降解甲氰菊酯的菌株gy4。gy4的最佳降解温度为30℃,最佳降解pH7.0,最大耐受浓度为600mg/L,最高降解率达98%以上。

In order to screen a new fenpropathrin-degrading bacterium, enrichment culture and spectrophotometric method were used to isolate it from a waste water outlet of a insecticide factory,and its degradation characteristics were studied. Results:A high-effective bacterium gy4 was isolated and screened.The optimal pH and temperature for the degradation were 7.0 and 30℃,respectively while the maximum tolerated concentration and degradation rate was 600 mg/L and 98% respectively.
