为公路绿化工作提供参考,以310国道徐州段的公路绿化状况及土壤为研究对象,采用均匀分布和典型样地相结合的方法,研究了公路绿化植物多样性及其与土壤理化性质的相关性。结果表明:该段公路绿化带植物主要以乔木为主,人工绿化的乔、灌木在一定程度上抑制了杂草生长;而草本植物多样性较大的地方,乔木和灌木的多样性最低。公路绿化带土壤理化性质存在一定的差异,容重、全氮、全磷、全钾和pH的Shannon-Weiner多样性指数分别为-0.899、0.931、0.939、0.715和0.408,植物多样性与土壤的容重之间达显著负相关水平(P<0.01),与土壤全氮和全磷含量间达显著正相关水平(P<0.01),与土壤全钾和pH值间相关性不显著。

To provide a reference for highway greening,the green condition and the green land soil on G3 1 0 highway in Xuzhou were taken as research obj ects to conduct an analysis on plant diversity based on the method of uniform distribution and typical sample plots.In addition,physicochemical properties of the green land soil are analyzed to explore the relation between soil physicochemical properties and plant diversity.Results:Arbor plantation takes a major proportion of the greenbelt on G310 highway,the artificial greenbelt of bushes and trees helps suppress the growth of weeds to some extent.Places with a relatively high diversity of herbaceous plants have a low diversity of bushes and trees,thus leading to an unstable phytocoenosium due to the greater ecological function of bushes and trees than that of herbosa.In all,the plant diversity is neglected in road greening.The research indicates an unhomogeneous distribution of soil nutrients in the greenbelt of G310 highway,yet the correlation between plant diversity and soil physicochemical properties has reached a significant level on the whole,expect the value of pH and total potassium content.
