为了研究甘蓝型油菜隐性细胞核雄性不育系不育株和可育株性状的差异,以13个不育系为材料,对不育株与可育株的植株性状、产量性状及菜籽品质进行比较。结果表明:1)不育株与可育株间的性状存在差异。不育株比可育株的株高增加13.64 cm、主花序增长9.89 cm、单株二次有效分枝数增加5.48个、单株总有效分枝数增加5.95个、单株有效角果数增加91.0角、千粒重增加0.54 g,增加达显著水平;不育株比可育株的根颈粗降低2.11 mm、角粒数降低5.8粒、有效结角率降低8.87百分点、单株产量降低4.89 g,差异均达显著水平。2)不育株与可育株菜籽的10个品质指标均较接近,差异不显著。
為瞭研究甘藍型油菜隱性細胞覈雄性不育繫不育株和可育株性狀的差異,以13箇不育繫為材料,對不育株與可育株的植株性狀、產量性狀及菜籽品質進行比較。結果錶明:1)不育株與可育株間的性狀存在差異。不育株比可育株的株高增加13.64 cm、主花序增長9.89 cm、單株二次有效分枝數增加5.48箇、單株總有效分枝數增加5.95箇、單株有效角果數增加91.0角、韆粒重增加0.54 g,增加達顯著水平;不育株比可育株的根頸粗降低2.11 mm、角粒數降低5.8粒、有效結角率降低8.87百分點、單株產量降低4.89 g,差異均達顯著水平。2)不育株與可育株菜籽的10箇品質指標均較接近,差異不顯著。
위료연구감람형유채은성세포핵웅성불육계불육주화가육주성상적차이,이13개불육계위재료,대불육주여가육주적식주성상、산량성상급채자품질진행비교。결과표명:1)불육주여가육주간적성상존재차이。불육주비가육주적주고증가13.64 cm、주화서증장9.89 cm、단주이차유효분지수증가5.48개、단주총유효분지수증가5.95개、단주유효각과수증가91.0각、천립중증가0.54 g,증가체현저수평;불육주비가육주적근경조강저2.11 mm、각립수강저5.8립、유효결각솔강저8.87백분점、단주산량강저4.89 g,차이균체현저수평。2)불육주여가육주채자적10개품질지표균교접근,차이불현저。
In order to investigate the difference of sterile and fertile plants characters with recessive genetic male sterile line in B.napus,the plant,yield and quality characters of sterile and fertile plants were carried out by taking 1 3 sterile line as materials.The results showed that:1 )There was difference of characters between the sterile and fertile plants.The sterile plants compared with the fertile plants, increased the plant height by 13.64 cm,the main rachis length by 9.89 cm,the 2ed branches per plant by 5.48,the total branches per plant by 5.95,the effective pod per plant by 91.0,the 1000-seed weight by 0. 54 g,but decreased the root base diameter by 2.11 mm,the seed number per pod by 5.8,the effective pod rate by 8.87%,the yield per plant by 4.89 g respectively.Its difference both reached the significant level. 2)There was no significant difference in 10 quality indicators between the sterile and fertile plants seeds.
