目的:观察淫羊藿苷对维甲酸致大鼠骨质疏松的影响。方法大鼠分为对照组、模型组、淫羊藿苷低、中、高剂量组,每组10只。70 mg/kg 维甲酸灌胃2周制备大鼠骨质疏松模型。淫羊藿苷组灌胃给予50、100、200 mg/kg淫羊藿苷,连续4周。测定血和骨中相关指标;测定骨密度;骨物理学指标和生物力学指标。结果与模型组比较,淫羊藿苷组可不同程度的升高血清中Ca2+、P3+浓度( P <0.01),降低ALP (P <0.01);升高骨中Ca2+、P3+、Hyp含量( P <0.05或<0.01);升高骨密度、湿重、干重( P <0.01);增加骨中最大弯曲力、抗弯强度、断裂挠度、弹性段终点荷。结论淫羊藿苷对维甲酸致大鼠骨质疏松有一定的防治作用。

목적:관찰음양곽감대유갑산치대서골질소송적영향。방법대서분위대조조、모형조、음양곽감저、중、고제량조,매조10지。70 mg/kg 유갑산관위2주제비대서골질소송모형。음양곽감조관위급여50、100、200 mg/kg음양곽감,련속4주。측정혈화골중상관지표;측정골밀도;골물이학지표화생물역학지표。결과여모형조비교,음양곽감조가불동정도적승고혈청중Ca2+、P3+농도( P <0.01),강저ALP (P <0.01);승고골중Ca2+、P3+、Hyp함량( P <0.05혹<0.01);승고골밀도、습중、간중( P <0.01);증가골중최대만곡력、항만강도、단렬뇨도、탄성단종점하。결론음양곽감대유갑산치대서골질소송유일정적방치작용。
Obej ctive To investigate the effect of icariin on osteoporosis induced by retinoic acid in rats .Method s The rats were randomly divided into control group ,model group and icariin low -dose,middle-dose,high-dose group,with 10 rats in each group .The osteoporosis models in rats were established by giving icariin 70 mg/kg via gavage for two weeks .The rats in icariin groups were given icariin 50,100,200mg by gavage,respectively for 4 weeks.The related indexes about blood and bone,bone density,bone physical and biomechanical parameters were detected .Results As compared with those in model group,the levels of Ca2+,P3+in serum were increased,however,the concentrations of ALP were decreased in icariin groups (P <0.01).The levels of Ca2+,P3+,Hyp in bone were increased ( P <0.05 or <0.01),and bone density,wet weight,dry weight ,maximum bending force ,bending strength ,bending strength ,the end point of section elastic load in bone were increased in icariin groups ( P <0.01).Conclusion Icariin has preventive and the therapeutic effects at some extent on osteoporosis induced by retinoic acid in rats .
