为弄清返乡农民就业质量状况及影响因素,以825名返乡农民工为样本,利用因子分析等方法研究了陕西省的陕北、关中和陕南三个地区返乡农民工就业质量及其影响因素,并利用通径分析分别计算其对就业质量的直接和间接作用系数。结果表明:陕西省3市6县返乡农民工的就业质量总体为受教育程度低,整体素质不高;工资福利待遇水平呈上升状态,但整体水平偏低;工作环境条件没有明显提高,就业质量得不到保障;工作稳定性较差;职业地位较低,行业分布不均。影响返乡农民工就业质量的公共因子为社会扶持、人格特质、亲友帮助、就业能力和求职行为,社会扶持因子对返乡农民工就业质量的直接和间接作用最大,就业能力的直接作用居次要地位,人格特质的间接作用居次要地位,求职行为对返乡农民工就业质量的直接和间接作用均很小。

The employment quality and influencing factors of returned migrant workers were analyzed by the factor analysis method based on 825 returned migrant workers from Northern Shaanxi,Central Shaanxi Plain and Southern Shaanxi,and the direct and indirect effect coefficient of employment quality was calculated by path analysis.The results showed that the wage and benefit level of returned migrant workers with lower education level and poor overall quality was on the rise but the overall level was lower, the work environment condition was not improved and the employment quality could not be protected.Five public factors affecting employment quality of returned migrant workers are social support, personal characteristics,assistance from relatives and friends,employability and job search behavior.Social support factor has the important direct and indirect effect on the employment quality of returned migrant workers, followed by the direct effect of employability and the indirect effect of personal characteristics.The job search behavior has the less direct and indirect effect on employment quality of returned migrant workers.
