以一实际工程为例，对安徽省某机关研发楼能效标识的程序和方法进行了研究，重点分析了该项目的建筑能效测评结果。利用PKPM-EEP能耗模拟软件为该项目建立了几何模型，进行了赋值计算，模拟出该建筑全年的采暖空调等能耗，计算了该研发楼总的节能率，给出了该建筑的能效标识等级。针对该案例能效标识过程所展开的详细介绍，为民用建筑能效标识工作提供了有价值的参考。

The methods and procedures of energy efficiency label of an office building of research and development in Anhui Province were mainly studied, focusing on the energy efficiency evaluation. Geomet-ric model of the building was established using PKPM-EEP energy consumption simulation software, and further the assignment was calculated to simulate the heating and cooling energy consumption of the build-ing throughout the year, so as to obtain the building energy-saving rate. The star level of the building ener-gy efficiency was awarded through the comprehensive evaluation. The study shows certain reference value for civil building energy efficiency label through detailed introduction of the practical case.
