The definition of low-carbon building and green building are introduced, as well as the ba-sic information of London & Chongqing low-carbon house which widely cited in the sixth China (Chongqing) National Green Low-carbon City Construction and Construction Achievements Exhibition. The typical low carbon, green and energy-efficient techniques and products are analyzed, including light steel structure, high-efficient and energy-saving glass curtain wall, ventilator, intelligent skylight, optical pipe, wall and roof greening, solar thermal and solar photovoltaic system, intelligent control system utilized in London&Chongqing low-carbon house.
