随着能源问题的逐渐加剧,建筑节能变得愈加重要。外墙保温工作的质量对建筑能耗大小有重要影响,以济南地区某小区住宅建筑为基础,通过DeST模拟软件对不同的外墙保温技术的节能效果进行了分析。外墙自保温技术具有一定的经济性,而且通过模拟结果也表明该技术具有可观的节能效果,因此,在我国城镇建设中具有良好的发展前景。

Building energy efficiency becomes more and more important following the gradual increas-ing of energy issues. External wall insulation quality has an important impact on the building energy con-sumption. Based on a residential housing construction in Jinan, the energy-saving effect of different exter-nal wall insulation technology is analyzed by DeST simulation software. The external wall insulation can save cost, and simulation results show that the external wall insulation owns significant energy efficiency with good prospects for developing our townships.
