鉴于热管背板的节能、安全可靠等优点,通过实验测试分析机柜服务器内因对机柜热管背板换热性能的影响。分析得出机柜内部热负荷和循环风量的不均分布,对热管背板换热性能有较明显影响,而机柜各部位的热负荷均匀性增加和循环风量一致性变化,对热管背板换热性能影响较小。
鑒于熱管揹闆的節能、安全可靠等優點,通過實驗測試分析機櫃服務器內因對機櫃熱管揹闆換熱性能的影響。分析得齣機櫃內部熱負荷和循環風量的不均分佈,對熱管揹闆換熱性能有較明顯影響,而機櫃各部位的熱負荷均勻性增加和循環風量一緻性變化,對熱管揹闆換熱性能影響較小。

The heat pipe backplane are energy saving, safe and reliable. The experimental test is adopted to analyze the performance of heat pipe backplane that influenced by rack server’s internal factors. The influence of uneven distribution heat load and circulating air volume inside the rack server is obvious-ly to heat pipe backplane heat transfer performance, but the performance of heat pipe backplane is little affected when the heat load increased evenly and the circulating air volume changes are consistent in every section of the rack server.
